Description
The purpose of the class is to provide participants with an understanding of what sexual harassment is and the elements that go along with identifying the behaviors that may occur during sexual harassment. There will be real life examples through scenarios and videos to further demonstrate sexual harassment. Then there will be information on prevention and how to evaluate and establish policies so the workforce will understand the company culture of non-tolerance.
